: This issue seems to affect USB connection on some computers but not all – I had the same issue on both Windows 7 and Windows 10. Below is what I did to fix the issue on Windows - I had to use several individual steps suggested by others on this forum in combination. Winbook Drivers Windows 10.

Using individual steps in isolation didn't work for me. Note: don’t connect the OP5 to the PC via USB until Step 6 below. Obtain the drivers directly from Oneplus support (via Oneplus Live Chat, or request by email).
