' - can NOT access properties or any other features - it DOES show in 'All Programs' but nothing opens - it DOES show in Device manager, - it DOES NOT show in Devices and Printers, - Hardware and Device trouble shooter - NO results - unplugging and re-plugging cable/USB port DOES make the signal noise - It DOES show in Control Panel, but DOES NOT open anything' and when I try open Wacom properties I can see 'Driver Not Found'! I am looking for many days at Google, can't find any solution for my problem I can't work! Please help me!
Winows 10 Pro 64 bit Intel Core i7 CPU920 @ 2,67 GHz 6,0 GB RAM, ATI RADEON HD 4890 Series. Had a similar problem with intous pro, so I'm posting my sollution here. Pen cursor worked but the buttons on the pen/tablet did not. Alienware Touchpad Driver Windows 10 there. Opening 'Wacom desktop Center' worked but did not detect the tablet. Opening tablet properties showed error message 'could not find libxml2.dll ' • Command prompt, told I had corrupt system files: sfc /scannow • And this fixed it: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth Now 'Did not find driver' was displayed instead and I realized I have default installation set to D drive instead of C which probably was the main problem. For this I found the command: mklink /j 'D: Program Files Tablet' 'C: Program Files Tablet' it creates a redirect shortcut folder to C drive so that upon installing your tablet driver it goes to C instead of D, remember to do the same if you have Program Files (x86) Sources: Reddit/r/wacom/ and support.Microsoft Hope this is of use to someone.
