I suggest you to perform the methods provided below: Method 1: Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. • Click on the Start button, and type “ Troubleshooting” on the search bar. • Click on “ hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “ Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start. Method 2: Update the driver. • Type Device Manager in the Search box and press Enter. • Expand Mice and other pointing devices for Mouse driver and Keyboard for keyboard driver. • Right Click on the driver and select Update Driver Software individually.
